Access to approved entries is always available with the key card. However, if you need access at special times or for special events, please contact the church office for assistance.

Please Note the following conditions:

• The building will have an alarm system which must be deactivated upon entry. The acceptance of a key card means you agree to deactivate and rearm the system. (Codes will be provided at a later date.)
• Do not lend your key card to anyone. If someone else needs a card, have them call the church office.
• You must be an active Waterview member to receive a key card.
• Please report lost or stolen cards immediately. Card will be deactivated and a new one issued.

By completing and submitting this form, you agree to the above conditions plus any future conditions that may arise. You further agree to abide to current or future building use policies. You agree that failure to abide by these conditions can and will result in the deactivation of your key and the loss of access privileges.
